At the end of this 8-hour course participants will acquire an appreciation of the impact of emotional intelligence on improving their workplace relationships
The workshop will review, assess and develop participant competencies in the five areas of Emotional Intelligence: Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills.

This full day workshop will build coaching skills to enhance your work and personal environments, and to explore the possibilities of leadership through coaching.Â
