When challenges arise, emotionally resilient people remain committed and increase their efforts. A key aspect of being resilient is accepting that change always creates opportunities as well as problems to be solved.
Target group
This course is designed for anyone who wishes to learn about their own emotional resilience and how to build their emotional resilience.
Outcomes of the course
This workshop introduces delegates to practical tools and techniques that aim to increase their confidence in their ability to bounce back from the many pressures and adversities they encounter in today's workplace.

This programme provides managers with a detailed understanding of the key emotional intelligence skills and competencies managers need to develop high performance teams and maximise business performance.
