Life rushes by in the midst of stress, anxiety, depression, general crazy busyness! Mindfulness isn't a socks and sandals humming meditation practice.  Mindfulness is about an increased awareness of the moment we're in right now.

How often is your head stuck in the mistakes of the past or the expectations for the future? Now is where we're living, now is the moment we can have an effect on.

Our Mindfulness Workshops are designed to encourage appreciating the now. Being able to live confidently in the moment. People are becoming more and more aware of mindfulness but what exactly is it?

Our workshops range from 1.5 hours to a course of sessions depending on your individual company needs. Through mindfulness we help to cultivate awareness of what is happening without allowing the mind to wander. As a topic it is so vast, so our workshop content can vary according to the your specific needs.
