Engage People (Engaging Leadership)

Ever find yourself in a difficult position to get your team members and colleagues motivated? Usually this situation happens because one has not sufficiently engaged their team members to a level beyond which these team members are already tuned to follow your direction with minimum obstacles.

This course has been designed to drill core concepts of practical motivational tools and interpersonal skills to engage team members, with different functional roles, personality traits, and diversity background within day one.

And on day two, participants will be exposed to various leadership styles and will understand and appreciate why an engaging leadership style is very effective to facilitate effective achievement of team and individual-based objectives.
