This course is designed to provide an introduction to the management of risks in a variety of project settings.
It aims to cover an overview of risk management process and the methods used to successfully develop and implement a risk management strategy for a project or an organisation. It covers the framework of risk management, risk identification, risk analysis and risk mitigation measures. Readings will be given via Canvas. Students are expected to read the material and complete assignments.
