This intensive non-credit program is designed for people who wish to improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Small groups ensure that each learner receives individualized attention. Instruction focuses on language acquisition.
Students follow textbooks from the “North Star” series, depending on their level. There is regular testing of the material, and students are expected to complete homework assignments, write book reports, and prepare for weekly oral presentations.

Each level takes on average 2-3 sessions to complete. Each session lasts 5 weeks.

At the EIT (Elite Institute of Training Inc), London these are our most popular courses for serious students and all levels are welcome. The Super Intensive and Full Immersion General English courses enable you to make maximum progress in every skill area, in as short a time as possible.
Some of our teachers are bilingual and speak both English and French and some of our teachers do teacher training as well as teach English to learners.
In this integrated skills course, English as an Additional Language students are introduced to basic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills using limited vocabulary in familiar, non-demanding, well-supported contexts.
CLLCs rigorous curriculum is founded on a number of external EAL criteria such as the Canadian Language Benchmarks, TOEFL, and IELTS. All GE schedules include a Plus One class. The Plus One class allows students to choose a variety of topics that cover multiple interests or academic skills.
English classes are offered from beginners to advanced level.
