Formerly the Orange County branch of the Beverly Hills Lingual Institute, we take pride in offering Orange County’s premier English instruction using highly educated native-speaking English teachers and university texts.

When the Beverly Hills Lingual Institute was established in Beverly Hills in 1996, it began with twenty-five students and a small team of excellent teachers.

The goal of this course is to help non-native speakers of English improve their intelligibility when speaking English. The lessons focus on sounds, features of connected speech, rhythm, and intonation in American English.
Students in PIA’s Intensive English program in Portland, Oregon learn the skills and knowledge they need to study at universities in the US.
The ESL program at AELS includes English conversation (speaking and listening), writing and grammar, and reading. Students will improve their skills.
