Description:

This course will provide participants with the skills, knowledge and attitude to be able to competently and safely enter and work in confined spaces. This course includes planning and preparing for entry of confined spaces, entry and working in confined spaces and is also appropriate for those performing sentry or stand-by person roles

 

Upon successful completion of the unit, attendees will be awarded the nationally recognised statement of attainment in RIIWHS202A Enter and work in confined spaces:

  • Plan and prepare to enter and work in a confined space

  • Enter and work in the confined space

  • Exit confined spaces

  • Clean up
