This Equality and Diversity training is delivered to groups of up to fifteen learners and it is essential for staff in any sector including healthcare. The course provides learners provides learners with an introduction to the Equality Act 2010 and details each of the protected characteristics so you can learn more about what they are and how to avoid discrimination through your words and actions.
Learners will have an increased understanding of how the values, opinions and prejudices of an individual can influence those around them. Learners will gain awareness of the value of equality and diversity and will be encouraged following this training to promote equal opportunities in the workplace.

The company was founded in 2012 by Colin Frensham (Director)
Colin has over 19 years management and training experience in the healthcare sector and had previously worked at management level for national and multi-national organisations.
Colin has nearly 30 years medical knowledge behind him which all started in 1986 when Colin served in Her Majesty’s Forces for 13 years as a combat medical technician in the Royal Army Medical Corps. He has also worked in the offshore industry as a remote site and offshore medic.
Colin was presented with a Staffordshire Ambulance Service commendation in 2002 for stopping at assisting the scene of a fatal accident having saved the life of the critically injured driver before emergency services could attend the scene.
