Discusses recent trends in the ergonomics field, including the physical working environment, adaptation of tools and the workplace to the worker, equipment design, impacts on productivity, and the importance of involving workers and management in all ergonomics program efforts.

This combined course allows Riggers and Banksmen to work together to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to work safely and efficiently with cranes, rigging and lifting operations in an offshore hoisting environment.
Ultimately, the goal of this course is to educate participants as to the lock out process and how individuals should ensure they have the appropriate locks and information to complete a successful Lock Out.
This course shall provide theoretical and practical knowledge in erecting, using, inspecting, modifying and dismantling supported base scaffolds.
