This Confined Spaces Awareness Course will guide you through all aspects of working in a Confined Space, entry and exit, to safe work and rescue procedures.
The Accessibility Standard for Customer Service module of AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities, 2005) will be looked at in this course. The Customer Service portion identifies how to transact and provide top quality customer service to individuals with disabilities.
