Essential Skills Literacy/Communication

Course Overview

Our Essential Skills course range is embedded into our funded programmes: ApprenticeshipsNI and Training for Success (TfS), however can be undertaken privately for learners who do not meet the criteria of those programmes.

These courses are fundamental applied skills, we offer a choice of three qualifications: Application of Number, Communication (Literacy) and ICT. Each help learners in function effectively and progress in work, further learning and daily tasks.

Who Is This Course For?

Suitable for those who require the qualification to gain employment, progress into higher education or for those who wish to improve on their skills across Numeracy, Literacy and ICT.

Information

Your level of entry will initially be assessed by a competency-based exam, from there we can provide a suitable level of tuition towards your desired qualification.

Please note there is a fee of £15 should you require a resit examination.
