Esthetics training at Broken Arrow Beauty College is more than skin care basics, this unit of study can prepare students not only to sit for the board licensing exam but also for a future of gainful employment.
Our course can train students in the science behind skin care basics and the business that supports it. Not only can Broken Arrow students receive clinical practice to supplement the theory they learn in class, but they can also receive guided training from instructors who are dedicated to their success.
Broken Arrow Beauty College first opened the doors for classes in February of 1969, operated under several individual owners until it was purchased by the current family in 1983. At the time there were only 11 students enrolled in the cosmetology program.
The school was originally located on Main Street in Broken Arrow OK, but the space was small and was quickly outgrown as the class sizes and flow of students increased. After 19 years on Main Street the college made the move to Elm Place near the Rose District in July of 1988. In 2019, Broken Arrow Beauty College was permanently moved to Tulsa.
Broken Arrow beauty college has grown a lot in the nearly 50 years that we have been offering beauty education, and in 1985 we became the first Pivot Point School in Oklahoma. The fusion of a business education designed specifically for students, with our curriculum designed with the foundations of secondary education was just the beginning of Broken Arrow’s rapid increase in enrollment.
Instruction will cover the art and science of esthetics from skin-care treatments and techniques, make-up, and hair removal to business skills, and health and safety practices.
This is the right time to cash in on an education in esthetics.
In the Esthetics Program, you’ll be trained so you can pursue a career in a variety of settings, from healthcare to traditional skincare clinic settings. Unlike generalist schools, IWC focuses training on skin care treatments, products/ingredients, and corrective makeup techniques, to name a few.
Join the esthetics program to build your career in cosmetics. Learn technical training and gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting.
Our program and facilities have been strategically designed based on the proven working knowledge of master educators and industry professionals.
