What Will I Learn?
Based in East London, Fashion Antidote offers a range of daytime, evening and weekend fashion courses specialising in technical and creative skills for aspiring fashion entrepreneurs, industry professionals as well as home sewers and hobbyists.
The Advanced Course runs in 6 week blocks. Your sewing capabilities and understanding of how fabrics work with specific assignments will progress and develop. Your proficiency in mastering a variety of techniques will improve, and we’ll work on a range of projects to suit your creative desires.
This won't be tutor led, just a friendly meeting place to craft or sew till your hearts content, and in good company!
Use foundation piecing to create a lovely table runner with a curved flying geese panel. Make it in festive or everyday fabrics. Includes foundation papers - fabrics are needed.
Sewing classes for adults are offered by Sew and Reap. You will learn the basics of sewing. You will learn how to thread a machine and get you started on your own projects.
