Excavator 180 Training

Our 180 Excavator training course guarantees that candidates receive comprehensive plant training for operating a 180-degree Excavator, whether it falls below or above 5 tonnes, depending on the chosen training variant.

The course content equips candidates with the essential skills and practical experience required to operate this vehicle effectively and efficiently.

Course content:

• Understand the capabilities, purposes, and limitations of each machine.
• Follow all necessary safety precautions.
• Site the machine safely and efficiently.
• Prepare the machine for traveling on the public highway.
• Fit and operate ancillary equipment.
• Operate the 180° wheeled excavator safely and productively.
• Carry out minor adjustments and routine servicing procedures.
• Be aware of the necessary routine adjustments and service procedures and carry them out.
• Interpret the information provided by level pegs and profiles.
• Work to levels with the aid of laser equipment.

8 days of training followed by 1 day of assessment.
