What is stress and why is it important to manage it?

Lift and thrust got you to where you are - now flying high, you’ve began to notice that the weight of stress and the drag of its fellow forces of mental and physical exhaustion are about to cause you to crash.

A little stress can be a good thing, but when the level is high and consistently so, your health is at risk.

Horrible, pernicious and destructive -the symptoms of stress are really well documented: the best example of high level stress equates to high level tightrope walking where below the sharks are circling in the water. Excessive stress is unhealthy and it serves no cause.

Stress is serious and pernicious. It is hard to accept or manage when we are often not in control of the root cause.

But how do you escape?

If you are debilitated by stress, escaping becomes even more difficult. You really need someone to break you out.

The approach

We offer you a highly personalised series of meetings that will go through a variety of stages with the ultimate aim of providing you with a profound understanding of your particular stress and the methods of combat required to manage and control it.
