The course provides an overview of the dangers associated with fires and other emergencies that can occur in the work place. Participants will understand the benefits of having and following an emergency action plan, be able to identify hazards that create the need to evacuate or find shelter in place, identify the elements of a means of egress and an emergency escape route, and the importance of maintaining a clear path to an exit.
