Course Details

Eyelash extensions have become increasingly popular in recent years as a way to enhance the appearance of one's natural eyelashes. They are a cosmetic procedure in which synthetic fibres are individually attached to each natural eyelash, resulting in longer, fuller, and more voluminous lashes. This intricate process requires the skill and expertise of a trained professional and can typically takes a couple of hours to complete.

The first step in getting eyelash extensions is to consult with a certified lash technician. During this consultation, you can discuss your desired look, length, and thickness of the extensions. The technician will also assess the condition of your natural lashes and determine if you are a suitable candidate for the procedure.

Once you are ready for the application, the technician will guide you to a comfortable treatment bed or chair. The process begins by thoroughly cleansing your lashes to remove any oils, makeup, or residue. This ensures proper adhesion of the extensions. Your lower lashes are then gently secured to prevent them from interfering with the application.

Eyelash extensions come in various materials, including synthetic, silk, and mink. You can discuss the different types of lashes with your technician to determine the best fit for your desired look and budget.

The lash technician will use tweezers to isolate a single natural eyelash and carefully apply a tiny amount of adhesive to the extension. The extension is then delicately placed on top of the natural lash. This process is repeated for each individual lash, resulting in a customised set of lashes tailored to your preferences.
