If you drive a forklift on a public road including crossing over or going down a road to access another part of your site you are also required to hold a current full car licence and an F Endorsement
The "F" Endorsement and OSH Operator Cert can be completed individually or together.
The Forklift OSH operators certificate** requires renewal every 3 years.
You must resit the theory and a practical assessment to retain this certificate.
A current forklift certificate (or within 3 months of expiry) must be presented on the day of the refresher course.
