This qualification is regulated on the Regulated Qualifications Framework. This qualification is approved and supported by the Hairdressing and Beauty Industry Authority (HABIA), the standard-setting body for hair, beauty, nails, and spa qualifications.
There are no formal prerequisite qualifications that you must have prior to undertaking this qualification, however, at Akila Academy, we expect that you have at least Level 2 Facial Massage & Skincare to ensure a sound understanding of the skin structure and function and other associated anatomy of the face, head & neck.
