Who We Are
At Wayco Multi-lift, it’s not just about the equipment. We focus on solving specific material handling problems and providing custom solutions that will help grow our customers’ business.
Our customers keep coming back because of our insight and understanding of their individual material handling challenges. By keeping our company smaller, we can be more flexible and responsive to customer needs while enjoying a lower overhead.
The consequences of poor supervision are accidents and injuries, reduced employee morale, reduced production, MLTSD orders, and charges under the OHSA and/or Criminal Code.
The 2009 revision of the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Code included major changes to requirements around confined space entry (CSE).
This course picks up from the Respiratory Protection Awareness course. Where atmospheric hazards cannot be removed, are unknown, or cannot be maintained below allowable limits, workers must be protected through delivered air.
This Confined Spaces Entry course offers theory as well as the practical knowledge required for entering a confined space, or attending to the entry of a confined space.
Upon completion of this course, the trainee will be able to successfully: Identify the purpose of the SCBA. Recognize the requirements workers must meet before wearing a SCBA. Recognize the inspection steps that must be completed to ensure operability of the SCBA prior to its use.
