This 1-day interactive course is for workers who operate overhead cranes and for supervisors who oversee crane operation.
The purpose of this program is to create awareness of H2S hazards, how to protect yourself from exposure, along with the ability to execute a basic response strategy in the event of an accidental exposure or release of this highly toxic gas.
This course provides students a basic understanding of mobile elevated work platform maneuvering, maintenance and operation. It will also cover relevant federal and provincial legislative requirements applicable to the workplace.
This course is designed to train workers to operate both types of elevated / aerial work platform (AWP, scissor lifts and booms).
