Fall Protection course is offered by Camosun Coastal Centre. The Camosun Coastal Centre (CCC) brokers training to enhance workforce development in the shipbuilding industry.
CCC creates partnerships with private and public training service providers and brokers their training products to industry. CCC is building up a ‘virtual’ course curriculum that consists of a full spectrum of coursing from entry level and awareness training right through to the delivery of specialty training. Courses are delivered as per industry demand.
The training is delivered at the CCC facility in Esquimalt or can be delivered at other locations in B.C. where there is sufficient demand (e.g. North Vancouver).
IMTARC developed curriculum in a number of key areas that have been identified as high priority by industry. These courses are all available and will be scheduled based on demand.

Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) Certification is an course designed to enhance the performance of MEWP operators by making them aware of their environment, hazards, technical aspects of their device, and fall protection and rescue requirements.
This course is for designed for all workplace parties involved in or working in proximity to situations that require lock out/tag out; workers, supervisors, managers, safety staff, etc.
