Come alone or bring a friend. This is a great opportunity to sew-cialize with friends, both new and old! You can reserve a three hour time slot for $10.
A staff person will be assigned to help you, if needed, but there will not be a specific lesson or class being taught. You must bring your own machine (as always, we can help you carry it in), your project supplies and rotary cutters.
It's a great time to appreciate the birds singing, the sun shining, and the comforting hum of a tuned-up sewing machine! There’s nothing like it to get those creative juices flowing and we’re excited for the possibilities.

Sewcials give you time and a place to join other "Sewcialites" for free-time sewing in our air-conditioned (and heated) workroom. With 2 ironing stations and your own 8-foot table, you'll have room to spread out. All sessions run from 10 am to 4 pm*.

This weekly 1 hr. class introduces students to Basic Sewing using the Kids Can Sew Workbook Level 1 for Girls/Boys or Teens. while working through the Kids Can Sew Workbook students will complete a project approximately every 4 weeks.
This popular class demands two sittings; you may join one or the other or both, to get a different pattern from the morning class. Tamara Klassen will lead you on an exploration of the craft of Sashiko, a Japanese hand-stitching technique used for centuries.
Made By Me Sewing Studio offers a variety of adult classes suitable for every skill level. If you have never sewn before, a private lesson or beginner workshop will get you started.
