Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card in CPR for their job. This course is ideal for schools and students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save a life.

First aid course costs R4000 and takes 1 week. After the learning process a students is awarded a nqf first aid certificate and becomes qualified first aid giver. Skills are attained at the first aid training centre at minimal fees. First course cost R4000 and takes 7 days.
This course covers essential first aid skills every person should have. Students of Level 1 First Aid develop confidence, knowledge and techniques for responding to acute medical conditions faced in emergency situations.
