Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card in CPR for their job. This course is ideal for schools and students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save a life.

We offer First Aid Training ranging from a basic CPR course to Level 1, 2 and 3 First Aid Courses. Whether your company needs to comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations or whether you simply want to empower your employees, we offer solutions to everyone. Our courses are fully approved and accredited.
This training programme will enable learners to assess an emergency situation and provide basic life support and basic first aid in order to stabilize patients prior to transfer to the emergency services.
First Aid training is offered by MCD Training Centre. We have a responsibility to provide expertise and opportunity to educate and develop our learners in a practical and viable way. That our training methods and processes are fair, valid, reliable and transparent.
Using the advanced First Aid procedures, taught by SafeTech, you will gain the skills required to respond to injuries and other medical emergencies.
First Aid E-Learning Course is Offered by St John South Africa.
In this course you will learn how to do basic emergency scene management, understand elementary anatomy and physiology, learn how to assess an emergency, apply first aid procedures in a life-threatening situation and treat common injuries.
