Certificates of completion will be issued for those who complete all 8 lessons. a maximum of 8 students can be accommodated at one time so booking is essential.
Students must supply their own apron, face mask and container to take home what you bake in the lesson. Sanitizers will be supplied by the school. All ingredients and tools supplied by the school.
Lesson 1 - Fruit Cake & Lemon Meringue.
Lesson 2 - Carrot Cake & Custard Slices.
Lesson 3 - Jewish Tart.
Lesson 4 - Black Forest Gateau.
Lesson 5 - Rainbow Cake.
Lesson 6 - Lemon Curd Cake With Meringue Topping.
Lesson 7 - Red Velvet Cake With Cream Cheese Topping.
Lesson 8 - Chocolate Bar One Cake.
The above mentioned courses are all hands-on courses. Students take home whatever they bake or cook. Courses run over an 8-week period every Saturday 8.30 to 1pm.

Gill is a qualified Cordon Bleu Chef who after making a few Special Occasion cakes and Wedding cakes for friends fell in love with the sweeter side of life and decided to specialise in Patisserie and Sugar Art work.
