With us, you will study inside a real film production company in your city as you develop your movie idea through private instruction with a professional filmmaker.
Then you will fly to Los Angeles or New York to pitch your idea to an executive who could buy or get your movie idea made.

The Film Connection was established in 1983 and is the innovator of the mentor/extern method of education. The following are some facts you might find helpful while researching which film school or film program is right for you.
This course will introduce students to the formal and aesthetic principles of cinema, cultivating students’ literacy in both media form and cultural representation. Many of us watch some variation of film and television each day.
This workshop combines theoretical and practical elements of cinematography with special emphasis on cultivating a film sensibility.
We create audio/visual stories in groups and as individuals, we showcase our work and share our messages with other teens. We develop industry specific skills with access to equipment and get to know professional filmmakers and artists at the forefront of their medium.
Filmmaking course is offered by Venice Arts for all skill level. We offer a dynamic, experiential learning environment, with no more than 12 kids in a class and an artist-to-youth ratio of 1:3. our high-impact programs foster creativity, arts knowledge and skills, and visual.
The DASH Entertainment Technology program teaches the behind-the-camera aspects of the film world including script-writing, story-boarding, working with editing software such as Final Cut Pro, using state-of-the-art equipment, researching career options in the film industry.
