The programme is an initiative of 'Axis Bank – NIIT Digital Banking Academy', to make future-ready FinTech Professionals for Axis Bank with the confidence of being immediately productive at work.

Eligibility:

• Education Qualification
• 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 BSc/BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech (any stream) Graduates with min 60%
• X, XII, and Graduation should be in regular mode (No other mode like Correspondence mode or Distance learning, Vocational, Open schooling is allowed).
• For the candidates having a gap in education, only up to 2 years of academic gap is allowed after the 10th, not more than that.
• Basic coding skills in C++ and/or Java and/or Python is required.

• The applicant should be between 20-30 years of age at the time of admission.

The programme consists of a simple 3-step selection process. After the submission of the application form and clearing the eligibility criteria, the students go through a screening process. Post the successful completion of which guarantees you admission in our programme.

The programme aims to create a pool of next-generation FinTech professionals for Axis Bank - IT team. This programme will require learners to:

• Spend 60% of the time on coding or code-related activities since the programme is highly hands-on based.
• Follow the structured set of activities like daily virtual stand-ups, self-learning with practices, context-setting mentor-connect virtual live sessions, tough assignments, group reviews, and bound assignments.
• Solve tough problems, complete assignments, submit for review, and refactor based on feedback.
• Release and demonstrate a non-trivial product solving a real world problem.

Details:

• This is an immersive programme, which means that the learners will solve various tasks of similar complexity, as they would face in the actual FinTech role at Axis Bank. Learners will be working on agile software projects and will undergo extensive practice to get the experience and confidence to perform the role.
• Part 1: Foundation (3 weeks)
• Part 2: Microservices Backend (6 weeks)
• Part 3: Modern Frontends (4 weeks)
• Part 4: Product Engineering - Build and release a version of a product in small teams (6 weeks)
