The course is designed satisfy OSHA's fire protection standard at 29 CFR 1910.157 for employees designated by their employer to use portable fire extinguishers in the workplace. Employees learn to select the right fire extinguisher for the job, and use it correctly.
Fire Prevention training is offered by Universal Safety Training Inc. Universal Safety Training Inc is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive training. Work Safety is a set of measures to be implemented in the workplace as quality assurance and safety of employees.
Required by OSHA 1910.157 and NFPA, this classroom and hands-on class on fire extinguishers is required annually. If your employee has a fire extinguisher, they must take this class in order to operate it while they are working.
