Mottishaw Construction Safety Training Limited was formed in 2002 and has provided Safety Management Training and a number of manual courses for the construction industry.
The courses have been designed and developed over the past 18 years to take into account the wide and varied issues of some of the largest construction projects in Europe providing both Site Safety Plus and IOSH Courses.
This course explains, in brief, why fires occur and what actions you must take to help prevent them starting and the actions you must take when they do. By completing this course you will be making your workplace a safer environment. Course approved by RoSPA and IFE.
This course covers fire prevention, means of escape, detection and warning systems. Also covered is the safe storage of chemicals and Highly Flammable Liquids (HFL) and Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) Regulations.
This course also covers the 3 hour Fire Warden course syllabus. This can be delivered in the first 3 hours of the course. You can have some people just attend the first 3 hours to be a Fire Warden and have others stay for the full day to be a Fire Marshal.
The course is aimed at all staff in particular new starters, refresher training, learners seeking employment etc.
This course is aimed at employee’s to provide them with the knowledge required to undertake their responsibilities as Fire wardens and to select correct First Aid Fire Appliances (FAFA) to put out an early staged fire within a workplace.
