Fire Extinguisher Awareness

This class is a four-hour program that covers the basic types of fires and the chemistry involved in the extinguishment of those fires. The students will be trained on how to inspect and use a handheld fire extinguisher on a live fire system.

This program is designed to provide all personnel who work on offshore drilling units or ships, especially members of a designated fire team, with an understanding of the chemistry and associated hazards of fire and with practical skills and team training in fire suppression, rescue

ABCS Fire Watch is a course and is based off of Alberta OH&S legislation. In this course we will teach the basics of looking out for flammable hazards during hot work and how to operate and use basic equipment such as a fire extinguisher among other tools.

Fire Safety course is offered by Langlois safety. Our trainers and consultants are health and safety professionals. Here are some of our designations: Certified Ergonomic Specialist (CES), Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC)
