Fire Extinguisher Training is offered by Safety Training Ottawa
The Occupational Health and Safety Awareness and Training Regulation (O. Reg. 297/13) requires employers to ensure that workers on construction projects successfully complete a working at heights training program if they may use specified methods of fall protection.
Safety training is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities.
Fire Extinguisher training is offered by Canadian Safety Group. Knowing which fire extinguisher to grab when a fire occurs helps employees ensure that property loss is kept to a minimum. In doing so, they also ensure their own safety.
This course is designed to help learners understand the basics of a fire, what to do to prevent them, and how to respond appropriately to a fire in the workplace.
Fire extinguishers are designed to put out or control small fires. A small fire, if not checked immediately, will soon spread out of control. Fires start small and may be extinguished by well-trained, knowledgeable employees using the proper equipment.
This is a basic firearms safety training course; it is designed to give the students a working knowledge of handling firearms safely and familiarity with the laws and procedures regarding firearms ownership in Canada.
Fire Safety program is based on the Ontario Fire Code and provides the knowledge necessary to prevent fires in the workplace.
