Our Fire Awareness Training course is aimed at all members of staff to help them understand the risks of fire within their workplace. This course is run as a bespoke course, tailored to each business with a minimum of 6 delegates per class.
The course is intended for employees nominated as fire wardens, with the aim of ensuring they receive formal instruction on fire warden duties and have a greater understanding of all aspects of fire safety in their workplace.
This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides Learners with the opportunity to develop their fire safety awareness to help ensure that they are keeping themselves and others safe at all times in the workplace.
This Level 1 course is an introductory qualification for people looking to increase their awareness of fire safety in the workplace.
An understanding of the fire triangle, causes and consequences of fires at your work place, classification of fires, how fires spread including convection methods, conduction and radiation, the main ways that fire extinguishers can put out a fire and limitations.
