We were established in 1994, which, and as we are construction specialists, is a happy coincidence that we came into being at the same time as the CDM Construction (Design & Management) Regulations, the current revision being CDM 2015.

This Fire Awareness course is suitable for all levels of personal at any type of workplace and will help to ensure that they can safely react to an outbreak of a fire – saving property and maybe even lives.
This course is designed for employees who have never received Fire Training or require an essential refresher. The training meets the requirements under the Fire Safety Legislation (NI) 2010.
It is the fire marshal's duty to be familiar with the emergency fire evacuation and safety procedures and the roles of all the people within the workplace. Most organisations have a business continuity plan which is often the source of their emergency response procedures.
The main outcome of this training course is to provide you with the knowledge to carry out the functions of a fire marshal.
