Individuals responsible for overseeing safety in industries such as: Construction, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Maritime and General Industry.
Learning Outcomes
OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC). CSUDH OTIEC is authorized to deliver OSHA approved courses in occupational safety and health to Safety Professionals, workers, supervisors and employers.
The OTIEC supports the OSHA training mission by offering a variety of safety courses and certificate programs and engaging in community outreach events. The OTIEC helps to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for workers, employers.
Fire Watch & Prevention training is offered by Advanced Safety and Training. We provide custom safety and training programs, safety inspections, comprehensive consulting services, and staffing services to companies across the United States.
Courses are hands-on and typically include a combination of classroom learning/discussion as well as rescue scenarios and real-world situations. Specialty fire/rescue training courses change often, so check back for new courses.
ERC&T will make sure that all fire extinguishers in your facility are up to code with health and safety standards by the following process: Visually check all extinguishers for dents, leaks, cracks, rust, chemical deposits, and overall charge of the unit. Hose and nozzle inspection.
Extinguishers do not operate themselves. We can provide on-site training to ensure proper and safe use of portable fire extinguishers.
