UETDRRF006 Perform tower rescue specifies the mandatory requirements of rescue from an ESI tower and how they apply in the context of transmission, distribution or rail work functions.
It encompasses responsibilities for health, safety and risk management processes at all operative levels and adherence to safety practices as part of the normal way of doing work.
There are no pre-reading requirements. All content is covered in class as part of the training.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework for the following unit(s) of competency:
