The quiz at the end of this course is intended and designed to strengthen your understanding of its contents. A passing mark of 80% is required and you have two retries of the quiz to achieve this.

A Fire Safety Plan includes a complete set of schematic drawings of all levels and site plan showing all life safety equipment. It also includes a comprehensive written account of all equipment, human resources, emergency procedures, maintenance procedures etc.
This course meets requirements of Standard 1031 of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Learners will develop the knowledge and skills to conduct thorough fire inspections and determine whether the risk of fire in buildings is minimized, or if, in the event of a fire
Fire extinguishers are designed to put out or control small fires. A small fire, if not checked immediately, will soon spread out of control. Fires start small and may be extinguished by well-trained, knowledgeable employees using the proper equipment.
Currently, only the Simulated Fire Safety courses are offered at our training facility. Courses are available as group bookings only and are subject to facility availability. At this time we do not offer courses to individual participants.
In this course the attendees will learn about fire safety, when and how to use an extinguisher, and will have the opportunity to extinguish a real fire in an approved fire pan.
