This course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed in evacuation coordination instructions.
It will assist in building the confidence to manage building emergencies safely and effectively, while also teaching students how to respond to fires or other incidents, evacuate building occupants safely and assist with post-incident procedures.
Blended/E-Learning
Participants completing this course via the Blended/E-Learning delivery method will be required to complete all learning and theory assessment online through the aXcelerate Learner Management System (LMS) and then attend the corresponding practical assessment session to complete their practical assessment.
Face to Face
Participants completing this course via the Face-to-face delivery method will be required to complete all learning, theory assessment and practical assessment on-site at the allocated Krause Health and Safety facility/venue.

What do I need for the course?
There is no prerequisite training for this course.

This self-paced online series covers the basics of fire alarm systems. The series focuses on the wiring requirements, circuit design, power supplies, and detector appliances outlined in NFPA 72: National Fire Alarm Code. Complete all nine modules and qualify for .9 CEU.
