This course provides a clear understanding of the responsibilities, duties and role of a Fire Warden/Marshal, conforming to all the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order) 2005. Delegates will also be trained to identify and rectify problem areas, with the end result being a safer workplace.
The evacuation of all personnel within a building should be clear and contained in staff guidelines. They should be regularly rehearsed as a part of every evacuation or fire drill and we cover this extensively within the course.

This one-day fire warden course is designed to introduce delegates to the identification and control of fire risks. It is suitable for people with responsibility for fire safety - fire wardens and fire marshals, as well as line managers, supervisors and safety representatives.
This course covers the same content as the Basic Fire Safety course with additional content tailored specifically for employees that work in care homes.
This Fire Training course will ensure your staff understand Fire Safety Legislation and fire precautions relevant to their workplace. It will also discuss and educate on the correct fire procedures to follow when reacting to fire based incidents and various aspects of fire safety in the workplace.
The workshops are carefully managed to reduce young people’s natural curiosity about fire and reduce the risk of it developing into an interest in deliberately lighting fires.
This session covers the role of the fire warden as well as providing general fire safety awareness. You will learn about preventing fires, the different types of fire extinguisher and how to use them, the actions that should be taken as a result of a fire emergency and required record keeping.
