Formed in 2006 Safetynet are Health, Safety and Quality Management consultants. Based in Aberdeen and covering the North East of Scotland, Safetynet was created to provide small and medium sized companies with a cost effective method of managing their Health & Safety obligations and provide peace of mind to business owners concerned with the consequences of the compensation culture we live in today.
Many organisations experience problems dealing with safety issues in the workplace, they struggle with available internal resource, the necessary expertise, as well as the time required to deal effectively with all the legislation applicable to their business. What they really want is to be concentrating on their core activities.
Safetynet understands this, and have put together a range of services that allows organsiations to comply with the law, makes it easy for them to continue to comply and takes care of any changes when company procedures or legislation change.
Our Philosophy
We believe safety should be simple! We have spent a lot of time speaking to our clients, trying to understand what they are looking for when dealing with their H&S obligations and how they affect their business, and the same things keep coming back:
We want our staff, customers, contractors and visitors to be safe
We want to comply with the law
We want a system that is easy to implement and use at a cost effective price
We want to concentrate on the parts of the business that make us money, such as our core activities
From these conversations we have built a system to deal exactly with these comments. From an initial audit of your business we find out where your gaps and risks are and start to put in place safe systems of work and procedures to ensure the safety of all parties concerned.
With a dedicated, qualified consultant assigned to look after you, keeping up to date and on track with your legal responsibilities has never been easier.
We provide you with your own, ready to use Online Safety Management System, that keeps a log of all your safety activity, stores all documents in one place, tracks legislation and tells you when any documents need reviewing or when additional training is required.
Quality Management
In addition to our excellent Health & Safety services we also help clients achieve certification to International Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Our management consultants have over 40 years combined experience, and have helped companies implement simple individual systems through to complex integrated systems over multiple sites.
It's So Simple
