We have two experienced range officers that can help you better understand your firearm while on the range.
Basic Shotgun
This class consists of some class time along with some range time. We have some shotguns to choose from or you may bring your own.
Our certified firearms instructor has over 20 years of law enforcement expereince, 22 years of hand gun expereince and is NRA pistol instructor along with his two sons(Chris and Patrick) who have a combined 20 years of firearms shooting. We can better help you understand your firearm and look forward to working with each individual to assure they are properly trained and understand firearm fundamentals.
We strive to eduacte on firearm saftey and fundmentals. We offer four classes. The NC conceal carry permit, NRA basic pistol class, basic rifle class and basic shotgun class. Our basic classes are one on one so you will get personal training.

The concealed handgun certification class is a course which is required to obtain a permit to carry a concealed handgun. The North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission requires that the class be a minimum of Eight (8) hours plus Handgun Qualification.
Looking to further refine and improve your shooting skills? If you recently started your shooting journey or you’re an experienced shooter looking to refine your existing skills, this course is designed to focus on the key skills required to graduate to more advanced shooting abilities.
I have all the supplies you need to get certified!! I provide pistols, ammo, ear plugs, safety glasses, and targets!! I teach with .22 caliber handguns. What that means is no huge pistols or "Dirty Harry" hand cannons.
One requirement to apply for, and receive, an LTC or FID from the Groveland Police Department is a certificate of completion from a Basic Firearms Safety Course or Basic Hunter Safety Course. The Groveland Police Department is offering a Basic Firearms Safety Course open to all residents.
