Emergency first aid with Level A CPR (EFA/A)  is an 8-hour course that includes the Duties, Responsibilities, and Liabilities of providing first aid in the province of Ontario (Good Samaritan Legislation).
Candidates will learn a variety of different CPR techniques and be able to handle a variety of different CPR scenario’s. Certification in the use of automated external defibrillators (AED’s) is included in the course.
CPR/AED Training is offered by ABC Fire and Safety.Â
Basic Life Support ( BLS ) and CPR Training are the most basic life-saving skill courses available. CPR is mandatory in most workplaces and it is a must-have on a personal level. Without CPR training thousands of people across Canada would have never made it to the Emergency Room.
This course is a comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.
