Delegates will learn about the role and responsibilities of a first-aider, how to deal with an unresponsive casualty who is/ is not breathing, choking, external bleeding and minor injuries, conduct a secondary survey, administer first aid to a casualty with suspected head and spinal injuries, and being able to administer first aid to a casualty with anaphylaxis.
