First Aid Awareness Course

Bumps and falls are inevitable and thankfully most aren’t serious, but it is important that you know what to do if you find yourself in a first aid emergency.  This course will teach you simple life-saving techniques, so you will feel more confident should you need to use them in real life.

All too often we assume that there will be someone on hand to call for help if we need emergency care. However, there are times when some simple first aid training and skills can save your baby or a family member’s life or prevent life hindering injuries.

All courses are facilitated by qualified trainers who aim to give you the skills and confidence to treat some common occurring situations. The courses are suitable for expectant and new parents, carers of babies, grandparents.
