This qualification is valid for three years. An update should be undertaken WITHIN the three-year period (you must present your Senior First Aid certificate to the trainer on the day of training).

This entry-level course is designed for people who want to learn the key elements of first aid. It will arm you with the life saving skills that you need to perform in an emergency situation in those vital minutes before the ambulance arrives.
