First Aid Essentials for Children

Heart Beat Training is a young company based in Midrand. We offer a variety of courses, focused on the practical application of First Aid and CPR, as opposed to outdated methods.

We encourage our students to think of saving lives as a part of everyday life - not just another tick in a box. Heart Beat Training reflects this commitment, as well as the diverse backgrounds and cultures of our participants.  

Our methods and course material are supported by ongoing research done by the American Heart Association and the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa, and it is updated as required.

Our aim is for all childminders, au-pairs, teachers and the general public to have the knowledge, confidence and ability to save lives, which we achieve by making training understandable and logical.

We offer courses that are locally and internationally recognized by the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa and the American Heart Association. 

We also offer our clients the option of "attendance only" courses, tailored to fulfill their unique needs.  Courses can be custom-made to accommodate any industry, environment of audience.

We specialize in mobile course presentation, in the comfort of your home, office or school, and offer a variety of courses and programs, created for individuals or groups of all ages and academic levels.
