First Aid Training Quebec Course Content And Duration

In a medical emergency, simple actions can make a difference. This First Aid Training Quebec course was developed by the Heart and Stroke Foundation to help anyone react in a timely and appropriate manner in case of emergency. You will learn to:

• Recognize the signs of cardiac distress/arrest
• Clear obstructed airways
• Carry out CPR on adults and children
• Use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
• Use a pocket respiratory mask

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older at the time of registration
• Read and write in French
