Includes a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 3 Diploma, and will obtain a Foundation Chartered Manager status.
As a highly regarded professional status, awarded by the CMI, being a chartered manager is a widely recognised qualification, valued by employers.
Who is this for?
The level 3 is aimed at new or aspiring team leaders and managers looking to gain knowledge and skills to prepare themselves for the management journey. Having management experience is not a necessity for the Level 3 programme, however you should look to be able to draw upon work based experience as part of the programme.
This qualification is suitable for team leaders, supervisors, assistant managers and analysts.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon completing the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership, you will automatically be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager status. This can be studied as a qualification alone or as part of the Level 3 apprenticeship programme.
The programme is completed through a variety of assessments along a 12-14-month journey. This will cover 8 modules which we have carefully selected to benefit a new/aspiring manager.
The Level 3 modules include:
Managing a Team to Achieve results
Managing Budgets and Resources
Principles of Management and Leadership
Contributing to the Delivery of a Project
As part of the programme, you will also attend our unique skills modules tailored towards your studies. These will bring your learning to life, these include management-based workshops, tasks and reflections. There will be 8 of these across the programme included within your programme:
1 Introduction to the module and learning objectives
2 Monthly tutor support
3 Bespoke learning journey within our FILearn platform plus enhanced reading on CMI’s Management Direct platform
4 Classroom based skills module
5 Assessment and constructive feedback from your cohort tutor coach
6 Full support to guide you through the submission process for each module
7 Access to your tutor coach throughout
8 Progress reviews and coaching for apprentices
