OSHA (1910.38) specifically requires education related to building evacuation procedures including activation of alarms, safe exit routes, accounting procedures and procedures for personnel who remain in order to shut down or manage equipment during evacuation.

Activating local alarms to evacuate personnel
Introduction to building fire detection / protection systems and on-site emergency communications equipment
Determining safe exit and assisting employees to safety
Assembly area locations and accounting procedures
