Sri VENKAT ACADEMY OF MUSIC was started in the year 2002 by Dr. Sailaja Panthulu with the support of her husband Dr. Raghu Panthulu, in memory of her beloved father-in- law.

Flute classes are based on the classical approach to music teaching. We use a variety of methods to do this including breath control, articulation, scales, modes, technical exercises, etudes, as well as classical repertoire of various levels.
Learning to play the flute is incredibly rewarding, but getting started is a challenge, let us help.
We use both classical and semi classical style of playing the flute. Fingering techniques used in playing flute, understanding the texture of the notes and their tonal quality.
