This certificate will prepare you for a new career, or will update and upgrade your skills if you are already in the field. You can also continue your training at MC and pursue an associate's degree in the hospitality management program.

Housekeeping & Customer Service Procedures training is offered by Cohen and Klein Consulting. Cohen & Klein Consulting, Inc. has recognized the growing need for various customized education and training in the U.S. and abroad.
This course introduces the fundamentals of housekeeping operations.
The training emphasizes the need for good housekeeping and how it may prevent injuries or death.
Learn and practice skills to work in the hospitality and cleaning industry. We also help you find a job in places like nursing homes, office buildings, hospitals or hotels. Wages range from $15 – $17/hour. This class meets MFIP hourly requirements.
